I think it’s disappointing that there are still companies out there that aren’t taking their Producer Responsibilities Obligations seriously and are not compliant with the legislation – more than a decade after it was passed.
I can’t believe that these companies are not aware of the legislation or their responsibilities and have flouted it for 8 years.
Let this act as a warning to other companies out there that are ignoring these issues.
